  14. While I have had the software for some time, I have only recently started to
  15. devote some serious time to Macintosh programming.  I am especially interested
  16. in programming with MacApp.  I would like some answers to the following
  17. questions:

  19. 1.  How do I modify text when using MacApp ?  I understand how to use the
  20. TTEVIEW class.  However if, for example, I want my MacApp program to modify
  21. data by adding text to the end of text keyed in by the user, how would I code
  22. that ?

  24. 2.  Where can I get information an C-Tree and other file management tools for
  25. interfacing with MacApp ?
  26.  
  27. 3.  Where can I find information on formatting numerical data i.e. using dollar
  28. signs ($), percentages (%) etc... when displaying or printing numbers ?  Are
  29. there routines available for formatting numeric data ?

  31. 4.  Where can I find the best documentation available on Res Edit ?
